Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
